The Galaxy M16 5G boasts a 6.7-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display, while the Galaxy M06 5G has a 6.7-inch 720p display. Both devices are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, along with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging.

The Galaxy M16 5G has a triple rear camera setup, comprising a 50-megapixel wide-angle sensor, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The front camera is a 13MP sensor. The Galaxy M06 5G, on the other hand, features a dual-camera setup with a 50-megapixel wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The front camera is an 8MP sensor.
