Mumbai Indians Unveil Jersey for IPL 2025, Aim to Win Sixth Title
The Five-time IPL champions, Mumbai Indians, have unveiled their jersey for the upcoming season, IPL 2025. The team, led by skipper Hardik Pandya, is looking to add to their trophy cabinet and win their sixth title.
The jersey launch was accompanied by a heartfelt message from Pandya to the fans, where he promised to uphold the proud legacy of the franchise. The team will be led by a core group of players, including former skipper Rohit Sharma, ace pacer Jasprit Bumrah, India’s T20I captain Suryakumar Yadav, and young talent Tilak Varma.
The team’s jersey retains the iconic blue and gold colors, which symbolize trust, confidence, and the team’s boundless potential (blue) and glory, achievement, and the relentless pursuit of excellence (gold).
Mumbai Indians won their fifth IPL title in 2020 and will be looking to make history by winning their sixth title. The team will start their campaign on March 22, 2025, against arch-rivals Chennai Super Kings at the MA Chidambaram Stadium.
In the upcoming season, Mumbai will face several tough opponents, including defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders, Royal Challengers Bangalore, and Gujarat Titans. The team will play their first home game on March 31 against Kolkata Knight Riders and their second home game on April 20 against Chennai Super Kings.
