Interestingly, this is not the first time Roshan has leased out his commercial property. Prior to this, he had leased out the same space to Regus Ruby Business Centre Pvt Ltd in September 2019 for a period of five years. The per-month rent during this period was ₹4.55 lakh, which increased to ₹5.23 lakh from 2020 to 2023, and subsequently to ₹6.02 lakh from 2023 to 2024.
